About Loving Earth...
Founded in 2007, Loving Earth is a Melbourne-based sustainably-minded business that works with small communities to produce the finest in organic foods. With strong fair trade beliefs, the company works with a number of Indigenous communities around the world to source the finest in raw ingredients for their range of chocolate bars, teas, spreads and superfood snacks.
The crunchy, creamy almonds in this bar were practically screaming out for some salt, and Loving Earth made sure they got it by coating them generously with their salted caramel chocolate made with evaporated coconut nectar and pink lake salt. Onto that went an even larger layer of their famous non-dairy Mylk chocolate to wrap everything in the chocolatey perfection of 46% raw cacao ethically sourced from the indigenous Ashaninka people of Peru. This bar has a buttery, malty flavour that’s reminiscent of toffee and altogether irresistible.
