Founded in 2007, Loving Earth is a Melbourne-based sustainably-minded business that works with small communities to produce the finest in organic foods. With strong fair trade beliefs, the company works with a number of Indigenous communities around the world to source the finest in raw ingredients for their range of chocolate bars, teas, spreads and superfood snacks.
A native of the Peruvian Andes, Incan berries are becoming known as a nutritious superfood – but it turns out that their taste is pretty super too! Sweeter and not quite as tart as cranberries, they evoke the flavours of a medley of tropical fruits, and they’re an absolutely wonderful complement to Loving Earth’s famous non-dairy Mylk chocolate in this delicious bar. With 55% raw cacao you can really taste the chocolate, but the Incan berries balance it out with a sweet-tart tang and a slightly sour citrus aftertaste.
