About Bulk Organic Food (Organic Food Perth)...
The Sister company of Organic Food Perth, We've been in the health food industry for over 10 years now, collecting a vast amount of knowledge on everything organic - from classic tried and tested products, to the latest cutting edge organic food products.
Our aim is to provide only the best quality bulk organic products on the market, creating as little waste as possible. We spend many hours a week researching organic trends and news to ensure the cheaper lower grade products do not find their way onto our exclusive product list, maintaining the integrity of our organic ethos.
Bulk Organic Food is designed specifically to supply Perth with bulk organic food products.
Black Turtle Beans are small like a pea and jet black in colour. Eat in Latin America as a meat substitute for centuries. Enjoy them in stews, soups, salads and sauces.
Free from dairy, wheat and egg. Low sodium, low fat, raw, vegan and vegetarian friendly.
As well as being used interchangeable with red kidney beans an pinto beans to make frijoles refritos, black beans, with their glistening black skins and creamy flesh, are the staple of many soups and stews in the Americas. They are often baked with ham or other cured pork and flavored with garlic, cumin and liberal amounts of chili. In the south of the United States, black bean soup is a great favorite. The beans are cooked with a ham bone or hock, blended to the consistency of a heavy sauce and served with slices of hard boiled egg and lemon floating on top.
- This organic food product is repackaged from it's original certified organic bulk packaging into compostable brown paper bags. We aim to eventually cut down on the use of plastic packaging entirely, as this is core to our beliefs and organic ethos. As we are developing our certified organic food factory, we use a shared registered commercial kitchen in Osborne Park. While this kitchen is not certified organic, we follow strict organic principals.
- Allergens: Whilst care is taken to ensure no cross contamination occurs, our products are handled in a facility and using equipment that is also used to process a range of whole foods. These include but are not limited to: nuts, seeds, grains and cereals, sesame, peanuts, soy and gluten. Some products from external supplies may also be processed in shared facilities. If you have any concerns or queries please contact us.
